Life Cycle Engineering Recognized as a Best Place to Work for 12th Consecutive Year
CHARLESTON, SC – June 27, 2017 – Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) today announced it has made the 2017 list as one of the best places to work in South Carolina. 2017 marks the twelfth anniversary of the Best Places to Work program in South Carolina and the twelfth consecutive year LCE has received this prestigious workplace award.
This survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 70 companies.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
“What a great honor it is to be recognized as one of the best places to work in South Carolina,” said Bob Fei, president and chief executive officer at LCE. “It is increasingly necessary for workplaces to recognize the importance of employee engagement. Providing a work culture that respects the whole person helps our employees do what they do best, which ultimately extends to delivering great results for our customers.”
This year’s winners will be recognized at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 3, 2017, and the rankings will be published in the August 2017 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
