Life Cycle Engineering Adds Two New Members to its Executive Leadership Team

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) announced it has added two new members to its Executive Leadership Team: Bambi Hoyt and Limuel Sagadraca.

Bambi Hoyt, Vice President of Business Development and Capture

Bambi Hoyt HeadshotBambi Hoyt serves as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Life Cycle Engineering (LCE). She is responsible for positioning the company for continued growth and stability in the Federal sector. Throughout her 14 years at LCE, Bambi has led key growth initiatives, including managing and executing IT and technical programs for US Navy, DISA, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, and Veterans Affairs customers. Bambi’s career spans 20 years of experience in the DoD, Federal, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Professional Communications from Clemson University.

Limuel Sagadraca, Vice President, Reliability Consulting Group

Limueal HeadshotLimuel Sagadraca has joined Life Cycle Engineering as Vice President of the Reliability Consulting Group (RCG). Limuel will position RCG as a leading global provider of asset management, reliability, and operational excellence best practices, as well as an accelerator and enabler of digital transformations. Limuel is a proven professional services executive with over 25 years of industry experience, most recently from Rockwell Automation, where he held the position of Global Manager - Business Value Consulting for their Information Solutions organization. He has received many distinguished awards throughout his career including Johnson & Johnson’s Image Award for Innovation, Eastman Chemical’s Presidents Recognition Award and Technical Design Award, and Who’s Who Among American Executives. Limuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology and Software Design from the DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA in Business Management and Finance from Roosevelt University.
