Requirements

LCE requirements analysts work with clients to identify, analyze and translate business requirements into development-ready system specifications. We utilize Joint Application Design (JAD) methodologies that result in clear project stakeholder identification, strong coordination of subject matter experts across the entirety of the project, and face-to-face design sessions amongst project and customer groups. Business, functional and technical requirements templates are used to capture a wide variety of customer needs during the JAD sessions. Our emphasis on communication means we can better identify known and unrealized requirements.
