Bill Wilder to Co-Present in Plant Services Webinar – “State of the Industry Research: Workforce”
Bill Wilder, Founder and Director of the Life Cycle Institute, will co-present alongside Thomas Wilk, Editor-in-Chief for Plant Services, in the upcoming webinar “State of the Industry Research: Workforce" on March 2, 2017 at 2 pm ET. Wilder will walk attendees through the process of identifying training objectives and performance expectations, preparing people beforehand, and managing post-training performance. He will also discuss the benefits of various types of training to explain the difference between certificates and certification.
Thomas Wilk will also review the findings of a 2016 survey that focused on work-related topics ranging from the effects of automation on their facility’s labor force to the qualities they look for in an employer.
