Tara Holwegner to Present at Electric Power Conference

#0Life Cycle Institute’s Learning Subject Matter Expert, Tara Holwegner, will present a session entitled “How DTE Combined Education and Leadership Best Practices to Implement a Strategic Reliability Initiative” at the upcoming Electric Power Conference.

The presentation, co-authored by DTE Energy’s Project Manager of Maintenance Improvement, Sebastien Cournoyer, will walk the audience through the journey DTE Energy and Life Cycle Engineering took to design and deliver custom training modules designed to engage employees and encourage a community of practice around maintenance and reliability. Using this approach, DTE Energy was able to reduce resistance and create a positive buzz surrounding their reliability transformation.

This information will be presented as part of the Maintenance Strategies for Cost Reduction track and will take place on Wednesday, April 12th beginning at 1:30 PM (CDT) in Chicago, IL.

Electric Power is a comprehensive annual event geared to power industry suppliers from power plant owners and operators to engineering managers and project developers. The 2017 conference will take place April 10-13 in Chicago, IL.
