EAM Implementation and Optimization
Lack of an effective EAM / ERP system can undermine a reliability and maintenance program. If you are looking for an experienced partner, Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) can guide you through the design, selection, implementation and configuration of an effective EAM / ERP system using a four-step “Fast-Track Process” to help you anticipate and overcome many of the obstacles that surface during an implementation project.
Scope of Services:
- Planning for implementation of a new EAM/ERP system
- Assess current EAM/ERP system for improvement and optimization
- Apply Change Management methodology to ensure a culture within the organization that supports the complex implementation and optimization strategy
Approach:
LCE’s Asset Management team uses a four step “Fast Track Process” that addresses the design, selection, implementation and configuration for an effective EAM/ERP implementation. This will ensure the sustainability of an optimized application.
Design: LCE will assess, evaluate and recommend improvements to the system design that will fully meet the functional specification requirements.
Selection: LCE will advise you on how to select the system that best meets the specified requirements.
Implementation: Implementing a new asset management system requires coordinating a lot of moving parts – integrating workflows, business processes, resource requirements and module mapping. LCE uses both a Gantt chart and project management plan to ensure all milestones are adequately captured and all resources are clearly defined.
Configuration: LCE will help configure the asset management system, helping to ensure that learning and using the system is as user-friendly as possible.
Deliverables:
- Detailed report on support provided on elements supporting an effective EAM/ERP implementation (Fast Track Process)
- Detailed recommendations and requirements to optimize the EAM/ERP system
- Detailed recommendations on other improvements that would provide a more effective and efficient Reliability and Maintenance program
