Capital Delivery

Studies have shown that more than 60% of an asset’s reliability, and therefore total cost of ownership, are determined during the design, build, installation and commissioning phase. However, most capital projects are judged to be successful if they are completed on time and on budget and not on how the assets perform. And total cost of ownership is seldom, if ever, considered.
